We are also incredibly porous vessels made of moving parts that absorb the bombardment of non-stop information, pain, turmoil, and even cursory odd-feeling side-glances from the stranger in the store.

The message from the minerals is super clear. These bodies of ours are bold bodacious and brimming with brave. And these bodies need Boundaries.
