SIZE AND FITTING

The POUND Pendulums have been designed on gold/brass or base metal silver and extend to 28." They are all adjustable! All other POUND Jewelry Pieces vary in size and metals and will be listed in the section next to the photos of the necklace you have chosen to view. Most of our pieces are adjustable, however some of the chain we use does not have links large enough to be adjusted. If this is the case, the exact measurement will still be listed and if for some reason it does not fit or feel right on you, you have 7 business days from receiving your necklace to contact us and return it in exchange for another piece, for credit, or for full return. Any refunds will be processed within 21 days of the request approval.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 weeks of order date and will incur the current priority or first class mail USPS shipping fee within the US. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Faulty Items 

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Please note that "wear and tear" in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault, and if your item shows signs of normal wear and tear, it is not reason to return for repair without a fee. Jewelry and crystal items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault. All pieces come with care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this.

If you find your piece has a manufacturing fault upon arrival, POUND will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

The product must have been purchased within 30 days of notification.

You must notify POUND by email pound@poundjewelry.com with a photograph of the item with a description of the fault and a "proof of purchase," either the email confirmation from POUND or bank statement.

POUND will respond within one week with a Return ID number and confirmation of the address to post your item.

Items must be sent via a trackable method in a padded envelope.

POUND cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ensure all items you're returning are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.

The item will be assessed upon return for fault. POUND will then repair, replace, refund or in some circumstances offer an exchange if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Replacements are only possible if the item is available. If an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the original amount, POUND will refund the difference or request payment prior to sending the new item. Please allow up to 21 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

Repairs

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and will incur a fee if repair is possible. We are not responsible for replacing chains, stones, crystals, or pieces that have broken. If you break one of your POUND pieces, you are free to bring it to a local jewelry repair shop for healing. If you ask to send it to us for repair after 30 days of receipt, most repairs will incur a minimum fee of $50.

Exchange for Size 

For full prices items you may exchange for a different size within 14 days from date of purchase. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is available, and exchanges are not possible for sale items, so please choose carefully.

Variance in Crystals

Crystals naturally vary in color and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, will vary slightly from the photograph. We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of crystals. If you are concerned about this variance, please contact your closest stockist to choose for yourself in store.

CARING FOR POUND JEWELRY

All POUND Jewelry pieces are made with various stones, crystals and other fragile materials. They MUST be handled with love and care. If a stone or crystal or other breakable material within your necklace is dropped or banged against a hard or even semi-hard surface, the item may crack or break. If this occurs and we are able to replace the broken component, we will absolutely do our best with a fee based on the replacement needed.

If you accidentally crack or break your crystal/stone, we can replace to the best of our ability for a minimum of a $50 fee (price depends on the stone and availability). Please contact us at pound@poundjewelry.com before returning your piece.

Due to the fact that the stones we work with are most always NATURAL and from the Earth, many things can happen. They carry their own consciousness, their own life-cycles, their own messages, and their own agenda. Every single stone holds its own energies and can take actual energetic "hits" for us. They are capable of absorbing unwanted vibrations for us in many instances. Sadly we can not replace the actual stone or crystal without a fee. Though we wish we could!

It is also important for many of our pieces to stay out of salt water, away from chemicals and should not be left sitting out under the sun or slept in. General daily wear-and-tear is bound to occur over time. But it is best to keep your POUND piece safe from corrosion/rusting that may take place if your piece contains brass metal as many of our pieces do.

When traveling with POUND Jewelry, please place your piece in a small box or soft padded area of your travel case so as not to have it accidentally thrashed by possible hard items in your bag.
