I went to the labyrinth here in St. Louis yesterday and slowly walked to her center. Spent time with the wise old tree in the middle of the spiral. This form of prayer or meditation is one of the best ways I have found to clear the thoughts that are crowding in and making me sick (literally and figuratively.) Not to bypass anything, but to gather clarity and strength to move forward in a way that feels aligned. I highly recommend it. Though I know all of you have your tools, resources and maps of course. Nothing heals like nature, stones and spirals for me.
